5. Information obtained in our reports come from many electronic public record filings, databases, sources, records vendors and court records.

6. All personal info submitted is safe and secure and only viewed by management and is stored offline.

7. We have the right to refuse to work on any case.

9. Credit Card Fraud Orders: If we receive an order that is used with with a stolen credit card or is used fraudulently we will share the info with law enforcement and the credit card carrier. Will provide them with any information needed, including any email address or phone numbers supplied, as well as the Internet IP Address from which the transaction was initiated which can easily be traced.
