Ordering: Upon ordering a search on our web site you agree to pay for the service in which you ordered. All orders are processed offline and your credit card will be billed the amount shown in your order total after we print out the order off the web server. Most orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours during normal business hours. Orders placed after normal business hours will be processed the following day. As with orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are usually complete within 24 to 48 hours however there is no guarantee that in may be done within that time frame. Do to contacts with various databases and sources, some information may not be immediately available to access. Internet outages also play a role in your order being completed in time. As if we cant access the internet we cant run any searches.
